My Handmade Wardrobe Duration: 1h30m weekly sessions (4 weeks) Level: Intermediate (have taken Intro to Sewing or have some sewing experience) Project: Hut booties Wanna make your own clothing and start creating your own handmade wardrobe? In this course, the participants will be making Hut booties We will, as usual, have a detailed look at a sewing pattern front to back and learn how to read the pattern and the associated information. Through is course, we will also be learning how to take our body measurements and getting comfortable with our own unique shape and sizes, which we will apply to the pattern so we can make a garment that fits us perfectly. By the end of the course, you will be walking away with a a pair of booties or two, have a understanding of how to read a pattern and sewing instructions, gain more knowledge about types of fabric and materials, and most importantly, feel confident about tackling your next commercial pattern!
